Recently, I was checking out the\u00a0latest Fall\/Winter 17 trends from Paris Menswear Fashion Week<\/a>, and a very interesting story on Sir Paul Smith’s<\/a> show cropped up on my\u00a0screen — a very different kind of women’s march <\/a>happened at his\u00a0show which blended the gender divide with great elegance and style.<\/p>\n

The show marked a significant moment for designer Paul Smith as he presented his men\u2019s and women\u2019s collections on one catwalk for the first time in his career. The looks created for women at this runway show were borrowed from classic men trends like trouser suits, tartan weaves and cozy cashmere coats.<\/p>\n

After launching his label in 1970, the Paul Smith men\u2019s collection was debuted on the Paris catwalk in 1976, with women\u2019s following in London in 1994. Now, the merging of men\u2019s and women\u2019s shows\u00a0was an interesting take on his designs as both his collections were absolutely classy and stylish.<\/p>\n
